We source our pearls responsibly from trusted suppliers worldwide, including Japan, China, Morocco, Indonesia, and Tahiti. Some designs also incorporate recycled pearls for a sustainable touch.

3. How can I tell if a pearl is real?

Real pearls have slight imperfections and a gently gritty texture when rubbed against your teeth (don’t worry—it’s a common test!). Fake pearls feel completely smooth and look unnaturally perfect.

4. Why are some pearls more expensive than others?

Pearl prices vary based on size, shape, luster, surface quality, and rarity. Larger, rounder pearls with deep shine and minimal flaws are more valuable.

Shipping & Delivery & Returns

13. What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition.

14. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Our standard delivery time is 2–7 business days within the Nordic region and approximately 5-10 business days for countries outside the Nordic region.

15. Which delivery service do you use?

We primarily use PostNord for our deliveries. If you have any specific delivery requests, feel free to reach out to us at contact@lostpoem.se  We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

16. Can I track my package?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package’s progress.

17. How much is the delivery fee?

  • Free shipping within Sweden.

  • 150 SEK shipping fee for orders within the EU.

  • Free EU shipping for orders over 2000 SEK.

  • 12 USD shipping fee for orders within the US.
  • Free US shipping for orders over 155 USD.

18. Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.

19. What should I do if I haven't received my order?
